Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience as Safety Officer with at least 2-3 years in oil & gas environment.
* Candidates must be registered with BCA.
* Preferably candidates can speak mandarin.
* Candidate must be familiar with OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004

Responsibilities:
* Supervise contractors
* Organized safety campaign/audit
* Devise, implement safety policies and procedures
* Manage HSE functions for other projects
* Plan and conduct HSE training including risk assessment training for staff on-going basis
* Manage Behavioural Based Safety Observation (BBSO) and OSHMS
