Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of Indonesian social and manpower regulations, Indonesian Labor Law and Immigration regulations for Expatriate.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Payroll Systems, Competence and Performance Management Systems.
* Self driven, negotiator, strong communication skills, organized and service oriented
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university.
* Good commands of English.
* Around 10 year(s) of working experience in HR Management with 3 years experience as Manager in Multinational Construction Company in Oil & Gas or Mining industry.

Responsibilities:

* In charge of Human Resources and General Affairs Department, Including HR Procedures, Recruitment, Payroll, Competence & Performance Management, Insurance, Expatriate Licenses, Company Licenses, reporting to Headquarter and leads HR & GA teams.
